Introduction:

Giving birth is one of the biggest events in someone’s life, and is a beautiful thing. The experience can however be filled with complications which causes issues both for mom and the baby in the future. We want to look closer into what issues new parents run into the first days after birth if they are kept separated from their new baby. What causes these problems, what are the repercussions of the problems and for whom, and how can we develop a digital product that can support the individuals involved?
